Diabetes takes a ten fold jump and all the medical establishment people can only

say is to exercise????

Well what can they say when they are one of the major causes. Take another

poison pill ! That is how a very large part of these people got diabetes, by

taking a pill from their doctors. They really threat the chemo poisoning with

more chemo. It makes for a great business plan. When you treat, you cause more

illness, which means more business and more cyclic upward treating. Don't

believe that? Well, each year we spend more on allopathic medical treatment and

each year the population is sicker. The business strategy is so successful that

they now have the majority of the population on some form of chemo. Look for the

diseases to get even worse in the future.

Add to the mix the chemical manufacturers and the food industrializers and you

can wrap up where 90% of the problem lies.

It is not just diabetes. Most diseases are exploding, right along with the

amount of allopathic medicine consumed, chemicals in our environment, and the

nutritional quality of foods going down.

my 2 cents,

Frank

Diabetes in U.S. becoming an epidemic

Provided by United Press International on 4/3/2004

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Apr 02, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) --

U.S. researchers said Friday that diabetes has increased tenfold in the United

States in the past 30 years.

The researchers, at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, said pre-diabetes,

previously called borderline diabetes, also is increasing dramatically, although

reliable statistics have not yet been collected.

In order to fight the epidemic of the disease, physicians are recommending

dietary changes and physical exercise.

" Exercise improves your insulin sensitivity, helps the body better metabolize

glucose and keeps people at risk of diabetes out of the danger zone, " said UAB

endocrinologist Dr. Richard Rosenthal.

Exercise that builds lean body mass can improve insulin sensitivity, making it a

helpful complement to aerobic exercise such as walking or running.

Rosenthal said people with pre-diabetes should try to exercise for a minimum of

20-30 minutes of exercise every day.
