Guest guest
Hi Folks The candida conquering diet seems to typically be about eating fish, meat and eggs and veggies. Mostly varied forms of meat, fish, veggies millet, and amaranth. No beans, legumes, fruit, soy or grains. Here's where I need help.I have a pretty bad case of candida going on --at the same time I don't eat much meat, fish ect. Has anyone been successful in getting yeast under control through a vegan type diet or just fruits veggies nuts and seeds. Or must I take the meat and fish route to get this under control and then move into the vegan diet?Any thoughts would be welcome.Does anybody have Dr. Christopher's book that explains the yeast diet? If so could you give me the general do's and don'ts? Your help is mmuch appreciated Kathy
