Thank you Jo Ann as I have had that on my mind for awhile. Would

like to ask if anyone has any ideas to find a reasonable one, or a

used one. Thanks, Leslie

Oh you're welcome Leslie! This is a very interesting topic and not

very well understood. I have heard the lymph glands compared to a

garbage can with the revolving tops.

Because of the way they are situated, rebounding

( or jumping) tends to release the trapped toxins more effectively

than the other forms of exercise.

Another fabulous method that's been used is one of our

grandchildrens favorite pastimes....jumping rope is just as

beneficial as rebounding while saving the extra expense of buying

the special apparatus.

A word of caution however, if you haven't exercised too regularly

in the past, I believe I would start out rather slowly and just

workout in rather short intervals at first.

Good Luck! JoAnn

Our first rebounder was a $60 cheapie from the sporting goods store,

and we ended up not using it very much because the spring action was

so harsh. That's when we picked up a Needak, and wow, what a

difference. IMO, you're wasting your money buying anything less than

a premium quality rebounder.
