Guest guest
Dear Harry I am writing from the UK. One of my favourite brands is Quest ( A Canadian Company) expecially good for digestive enzymes and its multivitamins. I sometimes use Nature's Sunshine products. I sometimes use a Solgar eye supplement. There is a chain of health food shops in the UK called Holland and Barrett and I use some of their products eg. Brewers Years Powder. Water Soluble Vitamin E, Cholin and Inositol. In fact if there is anything I read about that I would like to try I will buy it at Holland and Barretts because their products are not expensive so if they are not satisfactory I haven't wasted too much money. (The company behind Holland and Barrett is Natures Bounty which is based in NewYork I understand from this group that Natures Bounty has already diluted its supplements in preparation for the new Codex ruling it is expecting and apparently not fighting). I don't have major things wrong with me but I do have special things for those hypochondriac moments. In spite of using supplements I do find that when I feel run down I will pick myself by juicing fruit and vegetables. I do lots of experimenting and seem to keep very well in spite of not exercising and eating quite badly. Guest guest
My favourite brand is Quest. I am chemically intolerant and this brand is made not using petroleum products to distill of dyes for the coating (no coating actually) I went through a lot of vitamins before I smartened up and asked at my allergy - chemically intolerant group what vitamins they used. Only two brands came ups New Life and Quest. Quest Super one a days worked best for me. I use their Super one a days (I am a group A blood group and do better with the higher B vitamins) I use this as well for my dogs 30 pounds twice a week. I use their 1,000mg timed release vit C made with sago palm. dosage dependent on how sick I am. I use the Quest maternity as well for my dogs when bitch has been bred (being 30 pounds one a day) Louise Larabie H & M Feld [ariel] Monday, March 15, 2004 7:48 AM Re: Re: vitamins was essential tremer Please share the brands of vitamins that you have come to trust.
