My information comes from an Adelle Davis book

and this has worked very quickly for me and a cousin of mine.

Our experiences are similar to the cases quoted below from an Adelle Davis Book

The book states

" People whose hands twitched and trembled so severly that their signatures

illegible have been given magnesium, and a few hours later their names could be

easily read; photographs of their writing showed the improvement to be

unbelievably striking.

In one man a magnesium deficiency induced by vomiting and diarrhoea not only

caused severe trembling and twitching but also such mental confusion that he was

described

as 'severly psychotic'; yet all symptoms disappeared 15 hours after magnesium

was given to him.

A tiny bit of magnesium changed still another from a trembling, irrational,

noisy, combative and wildly restless individual into a charming and delightful

gentleman free from symptoms in 18 hours.

The increase in charm is not guaranteed.

It has been my experience that B6 and magnesium alleviates tics and tremors

quickly or not at all.

A tic under one young woman's left eye had caused her to wink continuouslt for

months, yet an hour after she took 10 milligrams of vitamin B6 it disappeared.

The hands of a beautiful 17 year old girl trembled so severly that she could not

write type or play the piano or eat without jostling her food from her fork and

spoon.;

after taking 20milligrams of vitamin B6 her trembling stopped completely and

never recurred again. "

The chapter this is taken from tells several stories like this.

I am aware that one should take the whole B complex and avoid individual items

but I always

buy individual jars of single vitamins to use in the short term as remedies for

situations as outlined above.

Very recently my cousin took 10 milligrams of B6 and 4 tablets( we guessed) from

the magnesium jar and repeated the dosage the next day His tremors went

overnight and like the person in the book his handwriting changed

Too much B6 will cause an imbalance of B2 which can cause itchy or blood shot

eyes.

I always have a jar of B6 for when this happens. One tablet does the trick.

NOTE: It is important to take extra individual theraputic doses of individual B

vitamins

with the whole B Complex.

I have been experimenting with vitamins for 30 years and they haven't killed me

yet.

I think they have kept me in excellent health and cured many things my doctor

couldn't.

I am not a doctor and my reply here is to share my experience.

I hope this is helpful

Best wishes

Margaret

I know it is an individual thing but could you tell me how much you

take of each and how often? Do you take a complex B or just a B6

supplement. I take bee pollen plus I take cal/mag but it doesn't help.

Thanks

Dear Del,

When my husband's been in this similar situation, one of the things that has

rebalanced his system is Vitamin F. I happen to use Standard Process

supplements, and within minutes of taking some of these, he can go back into

the sun without being zapped of vitality.

From looking at the reference material, it says that it is basically essential

fatty acids.

Hope this is helpful.

The Adelle Davis book I mentioned in my reply was

" LETS GET WELL " . In my version of the book

I quoted from page 198.....CHAPTER 12 entitled Disorders of the Nervous System.

Taking Digestive enzymes should help you to absorb nutrients.

You can only but try suggested remedies and if they don't work quickly

move on and try another. Thats what I do

Which one of her books are you referring to? I do have one of her

early books (don't know where it is at the moment, lol) She has some

good stuff in her books as I recall.

Delano,

I have been doing vitamins for over 30 years and I keep myself informed through

up to date magazines, books and the internet.

I own a large selection of alternative health books but I find I constantly go

back to Adelle Davis because the information in her books seems to work quickly

for me.

I keep two of her books constantly to hand as they are my first point of

reference when I am

under par which isn't very often.

I have favourite brands of vitamins I prefer which is also the result of

experimenting over the years.

I hope you find a solution to your problem.

Re: essential tremer

That sounds like the book I have but have a lot of books still packed

from our move. It may take me awhile to find it. At this point I

cannot take the digestive enxymes as I am working with a ND and taking

Zypan an SP product that is HCL. It seems that I do not have enough

acid in my tummy. I am healing very quickly though and soon I will

take digestive enzymes. I am going to try to find that book. I was

beginning to think that NOTHING is or ever was written about essential

tremer. It will be good to read that someone encluded it in their

book! Thanks,

Del
