Engrossed Substitute House Bill ( ESHB) 2460 has passed the Senate with an

amendment that repeals the " every category of provider " law at a vote of 25-23!

We were so close to stopping the amendment, but we weren't able to, so now we

need your urgent action in the House of Representatives.

You and your patients must contact the Governor and your members of the House of

Representatives now. Your message is:

Do not concur with the amendment from the Senate that repeals the Every Category

of Provider of Law in ESHB 2460. The changes made by the Senate repeal a

patients right to choose the type of provider ( chiropractor ) to treat health

conditions that are already covered by their health insurance plan. This

requires health insurance purchasers to " pay twice " once for their health

insurance premium and a second time out of pocket for their care. And this is

for conditions that their health plan already covers. [ for example:

neuromuscular skeletal conditions.] Do not concur with ESHB 2460.
