Hello Everyone:

 

I had problems with a job the other day

I could not handle the stress of learning

new procedures and had to resign. I

was using my intuiton and went to Web

MD and found out I am easily distracted

disorganized and unable to finish things.

 

At age 49 I have discovered I am ADD

not so much with the hyperactivity but

unless it is a new tast I freeze and get

overwhelmed and go into hal 2001 overload.

 

I would appreciate any herbs that help in

this ADD situation and if anyone on the

list has any tips on how to live with it

please feel free to share.

Hi George,

 

This web site is for alternative treatment of ADD and you may find

some info re herbs:

If not do a web search. I know there are herbal combinations that are

sold as alternative to Ritalin and they do not have side effects, but

I don't know the name.
