Guest guest
I just signed up for this group. I have been trying over the last several years to get our family to cut more sugar out of our diet and to eat more whole grain whole food things. We have always tried to avoid doctors as much as possible. I am looking for help with one of our daughters who seems to have terrible teeth. I am sure the root of her problem goes back to when she was little and daddy thought that he was being a sweet dad to make hot chocolate for his little princess every time she asked for it. We have tried to cut way back on sweets and especially sweet drinks over the last two years. Are there any particular vitamins or safe herbs that would benefit her and or help build up her teeth? Also, another daughter seems to have trouble with asthma. I have cut out most milk products out of her diet, as fresh just isn't available here. I've read about drinking a lot of water and Vit C being helpful. Are there some other things I should consider. A
