Guest guest
In the years that I've been familiar with Echinacea, the biggest argument online has always been how long to take it. No consensus seems to have been reached, but it has been agreed upon that, like prescription antibiotics, you Can developed a resistance to Echinacea's properties. Myself, I use the three on, one off routine, taking it for three weeks straight, then one week off. And not indefinitely, only when we have infection concerns.
