I want to thank Frank and all who replied with suggestions and

thoughts on my queries. I ended taking the wisdom of this group to

buy a juicer, CO Q10, Coral Calcium, Ester C, Zinc and many of the

supplements I wasn't sure of. Sometimes I get overwhelmed at the

pollution in air, food and water. It's just a little hard to decide

what pollution to allow and which one to cut out. I didn't thank

every responder individually, just not enough time. I actually feel

better than I have in a few years. I am sleeping regular like I use

too long ago. Without a clock, I'm up at five on the button. As I

have learnt sleep is one of the healing practices which I am taking

advantage of.
