approached Bill Moyers seeking his assistance. (For those outside the USA, you

should know that Bill Moyers has has numerous hard hitting stories come out via

the Public Broadcasting System on TV including some that expose the criminal

actions of the FDA. Our hope is that Bill Moyers will do a TV show about the

Codex Vitamin Issue- and that he'll take a close look at how this news is being

covered up in the USA.

they list this story as one of the most important suppressed news stories of the

year, it will help us reach a lot of journalists who can help us keep getting

the story out.

Right now, we are at a crossroads.

 

ANH has just gotten a referral from the High Court of Justice in London England

to take their case on to the European Court of Justice in Luxemborg where they

hope to overturn the EU Food Supplement Directive.

 

Already our opponents are pulling out all the stops to try to destroy ANH's

genuine efforts to defend the supplement industry. Already NAHS/HFMA are

attempting to claim credit for what was in FACT ANH's legal victory on January

30th.

 

While simultaneously attempting to claim credit for ANH's legal victory,

NAHS/HFMA have been pulling out all the stops to attempt to block ANH from being

allowed to participate in two upcoming vitamin trade shows in England, and

they're also attempting to get ANH blacklisted in the industry trade press.

They're attempting to strong arm trade press journalists to get them to report

current events vis a vis what happened in the courtroom " their way. "
