Guest guest
Get a new dentist, especially if he pushes fluoride. It will not help you and will hurt you. You can find tons of articles attesting to this if you simply look. I suffer from chronic anxiety too. Maybe not as bad as you but I wake up each morning sometimes hours early and It's nerves mostly because of my job and worrying about the future, I think? I have another poser: > Just had disheartening visit to the dentist. I keep getting > cavities > despite good brushing hygiene and avoiding sweets. The dentist said > > the lack of saliva (dry mouth) was one cause; another being not > using > flouridated toothpaste and mouthwash. > > I suffer from chronic anxiety (which I'm working on) which causes > dry > mouth.
