Get a new dentist, especially if he pushes fluoride.

It will not help you and will hurt you. You can find

tons of articles attesting to this if you simply look.

I suffer from chronic anxiety too. Maybe not as

bad as you but I wake up each morning sometimes

hours early and It's nerves mostly because of my

job and worrying about the future, I think? I know

how neurotic that is too but we all have different

things to deal with. If you want any suggestions

from what I've learned contact me. It's getting

better.
