I can relate to what you are saying. The more I learn about

holistic living the less I can eat. If this continues I will be forced

to become a breatharian. I urge you to check out the book:

" Healing With Whole Foods " . It is the best book I have ever

read and will tell you exactly the best way to get enough protien

in healthy ways. Check it out at the library if you can too.
