Guest guest
I can relate to what you are saying. The more I learn about holistic living the less I can eat. If this continues I will be forced to become a breatharian. I urge you to check out the book: " Healing With Whole Foods " . It is the best book I have ever read and will tell you exactly the best way to get enough protien in healthy ways. Check it out at the library if you can too. wrote: > > Anyway, I don't eat meat or sweets, and breads only once or twice > > a week, so I'm not racking up a lot of calories with what's left to > > > eat.
