The nutrients in this liquid is more bioavailable than from the plant before the juicing. Only juice organic. Juicing non-organic means you are making pesticide and fumigant residues more bioavailable. The cuticle is a natural source of biochemical toxins which the plant uses to defend itself. Remove them (as in carrots) before juicing. Treat the fresh juice as medicine. You are making the trace metals more bioavailable. Your body will tell you when you have had enough. It will not taste good or your desire to have it will disappear. Do not override your body's signals with your intellect. You will get into trouble. Trace metals are toxic above certain levels. Since plants are good sources of metals you are slowly increasing your system's alkalinity.
