Guest guest
I am trying to support myself and two grandchildren on a combination of SSI and AFDC. It does not give us much. I want to make as many changes as possible toward a natural diet and alternative health care in the most cost effective way. State programs cover all of our expenses for traditional allopathic medical treatment, drugs, etc., but anything else must come out of the small amount that we get for food, shelter and clothing. Our most pressing concerns are that I have brain damage, hepatitis C, diabetes type II and assorted allergies and digestive complaints; both children have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and one has autistic spectrum disorder. Can anyone tell us what changes and/or vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc. will give us the greatest benefit at the lowest cost? I would research the archives, but my brain damage make that very confusing to me. Wicked / Since 1949, the one true original real Robin A. Vosburg " Fascinating.
