Guest guest
Things to consider: Colds last three days. Anything longer than three days is not a cold. It is an allergic reaction. Expose yourself to germs. That is how we strengthen our immune system. Each time we expose our immune system to something new, it activates the system to develop new antibodies or strengthens the preexisting ones. We are carriers of most disease producing germs. The reason we do not get sick is because our immune system works very well. When a person appears to get a cold, we assume it is a cold. No one examines the person to see if there is actually a virus that is causing the symptoms. We make unhealthy assumptions.
