Guest guest
Truthfully I get very confused about conflicting information about juicing. One one hand I hear how good it is for you -- the benefits of the uncooked, raw nutrients and how they nurture the body. But on the other hand, I hear that juicing strips the fruits and vegetables of their fiber content, which cannot be good, especially since I need to eat slower digesting, higher fiber foods, being hypoglycemic. I had thought that one possible middle ground was the Vita-Mix " juicer " (actually more a blender than a juicer), which maintains the fiber when " juicing. " But I heard (was it on this list?) that this isn't a good choice either. That the " juice " from the Vita-Mix doesn't taste right. Can anybody explain all this to me? What is the best choice for someone like me who wants the best nutrition and doesn't know where to turn? Myra
