My wife and I got interested in " alternative medicine " after exhausting the traditional route. Sadly most people won't go searching for themselves or blindly take direction from their doctor etc. without investigating the risks, side effects etc. We were visiting a friend last night and discussing how closed so many people are to alternative health. None-the-less we are encouraged, more and more people are seeing the importance of working with your body rather than against it. It's gradual but one by one people are opening their eyes. I appreciate your efforts in getting the news out and we are working with you. Keep up the great work. I expect all of you to help. Hi Frank, I appreciate your work and I would like to do something to 'spread the word'. I am not writing anymore in News Groups and mailing lists, because I have experienced that my writings provoke mostly defense reactions and I don't want to go into this kind of discussions, there seems no sense in this and I don't have the energy and time. The last two weeks of the old year I was not feeling well and had decided to do a longer fast. Now I have finished four weeks and I will go on for ten days more. During this time I didn't feel like writing and reading and so in this six weeks nearly one thousand fife hundred posts from 'AlternativeMedicineForum' are accumulated. I wanted to because this is just too much. Who can read all this? And now to your message to spread out information: How can I do this with so much!? There is one possibility, although connected with a lot of work: I am willing to make a kind of digest with an extract of the most important information and then making a page out of it connected to my health page, always with a link to the original article. There are about 500 visitors at my Web site daily and so I think this is an effective way that people access the information and if interested go for more details...
