Guest guest
I saw a Vita Mix demo at Costco and I liked th drink that he made. I have seen a few other demos such as this and liked the drink each time. I don't think it is actually considered juicing as I want the whole fruit or vegetable to drink. Vita Mix is calling it the whole food meal even though it is a thick drink. I am trying to research this but not getting much information. The Vita Mix appliance looks like a well built high powered blender. I recently purchased an Oyster 450watt blender and wondered if this would work? I don't want to put money into one of these machines until I know for sure that my husband and I like these drinks and will continue to make them. My next question is do you know where I can find a book or a website that teaches about whole food juicing and has recipes? If I knew the true term for this I might be able to find more information, but I don't. Anyway, the next question is the the gentleman put either a whey or soy powder in the mix. I have emailed Vita Mix but have not received a response. I was hoping someone has seen these demos and possibly knows what the powder was. I really appreciate your time in helping me. Thank you.
