At what cost? Million of dollars to the medical profession is the only

reason so many people are upset about the new way of eating.

 

So what if we all die 10 to 20 years sooner. At least we have felt like

a million dollars instead of giving a million to doctors and hospitals.

 

I have a friend that has done just that. Strangely, when he calls, his

first question is, " How is your health holding out " . He knows the answer

I will give him.

GREAT ! This poor guy has not had any health in years. He was not

following Atkins.

 

Maybe you missed it.... some great doctors have stated that being 50

pounds overweight is a greater threat to health than any of the other bad

thinks, which include smoking, drinking, no exercise, what else?

 

What everyone is missing is how these people felt before they saw the

light?

40 years ago, when I planned a vitamin program for my friends, I told them

to use only one thing to measure the results, .... " how you feel " .
