Guest guest
Kristin and all, Several factors come into play with Asthma and included among them are allergies. I have a five generation history of allergies in my families and can easily document incidents involving food, inhalant and contact triggers which have contributed to Asthma and the early death of an uncle. If food allergies contribute to an individual's asthma, then naturally, one needs to avoid those foods. The " fillers " you mentioned are most probably food preservatives and these preservatives have played havoc not only with humans, but with dogs as well. In fact, I strongly suspect that they are causing far more than Asthma and other types of allergic reactions. In some cases, they might even be altering our genes ! What is the solution ? How can one deal with allergies/Asthma ?? First, we need to learn more about nutrition and keep an allergy journal. Write down daily pollen counts, keep records of daily diets. Do this for at least one month and you will notice certain trends. You may need to do an elimination diet as we did with my daughter, and pinpoint allergic triggers. Basically, each of us needs to do a lot of research, think for ourselves and avoid instant solutions. I hope this posting helps some of you. Guest guest
Dave, have you seen this article on Dr Mercola's site about what distilled water looks like under a powerful microscope as against normal clean water? Did you also see the other articles gleaned from Dr Masaru Emoto regarding other influences on water that bring profound changes to the shape of the molecules. The pristine droplets, when frozen look like beautiful snowflakes. Pollution, whether physical or auditory or emotional responses also were photographed and shown alongside normal healthy frozen water droplets. http://www.mercola.com/2002/may/8/distilled_water.htm I'm not sure what the answer is for you, probably a good water filter would be the best and maybe some added H202 . But distilled? No I wouldn't do that. Best regards, Jenny
