The Seven Most Harmful Substances

White Fat-

The average American adds over 50 pounds of fat (cholesterol) to his

or her body each year! This fat clogs the arteries, which ultimately

causes heart attacks and strokes that will kill approximately 50

percent of our

population. Animal protein is the culprit in colon cancer, breast

cancer, prostate cancer, and numerous other forms of cancer as well.

Cancer is responsible for 33 percent of American deaths and meat is

the primary cause of adult-onset diabetes, which kills 9 percent of

our population. Meat also causes

gout, arthritis, and a host of other physical problems. We are told

that we need meat for protein and strength.

However, we are not told that the cooking of meat changes the

molecular structure of the protein and renders the protein in meat

unusable by the body.

If we look to nature,

we will find that there is not a single animal in the wild that

cooks the flesh it eats! More than twenty-five years of research has

revealed meat, as it is produced today, to be the single most

dangerous food that we put into our body.

White Salt-

.. . . is another substance that creates untold physical problems

and suffering. The body needs sodium, but it must be in an organic

form (seasalt)in order to be usable by the body.

Table salt, sodium chloride, is an inorganic sodium compound formed

by the union of sodium and chlorine that is extremely toxic to the

body.

This toxicity causes the body to retain fluid in an effort to keep

this protoplasmic poison in suspension and out of the cells.

Refined White Sugar-

.... is the fourth white substance creating our physical problems.

Sugar is so changed and concentrated from its original plant form

that it is actually a drug! Just 10 teaspoons (approximately the

amount found in one soft drink) will immobilize the immune system by

about 33 percent.

It takes only 30 teaspoons of sugar to shut down the immune system

for the whole day.

White Flour -

.... has had all the good substances (bran and germ) removed during

processing. Then it is bleached, with a bleaching agent

similar to Clorox. Finally, some coal-tar-derived (carcinogenic)

vitamins are added, and it is sold to the unsuspecting public as

" enriched. "

White Dairy-

.. . . is the second most dangerous substance we can put into our

bodies for many of the same reasons. We are told milk is the perfect

food and needed for calcium. But we are not told that the

pasteurizing of milk

(heating it to temperatures of 160 degrees or higher) changes the

calcium to an inorganic form, which cannot be assimilated by the

body.

In nature no animal pasteurizes its milk . . . and no animal drinks

the milk of another species, nor does it ever drink milk after the

age of weaning. One of the main sourcesof bad cholesterol (LDL) is

Dairy.Everything you currently know about cow's milk and dairy is

probably part of a Dairy industry MYTH.

Basic Concerns:

Cow's milk has 59 active hormones, scores of allergens, fat and

cholesterol. cow's milk has measurable quantities of herbicides,

pesticides, dioxin's (up to 2,200 times the safe levels), up to 52

powerful antibiotics, bacteria and viruses.

Cancer " Fuel " - Of the 59 hormones present in milk, one is a

powerful

GROWTH hormone called Insulin- like Growth Factor ONE (IGF-1). By a

freak of nature it is identical between cows and humans.

Consider this hormone to be a " fuel cell " for any cancer... (the

medical world says IGF-1 is a key factor in the rapid growth and

proliferation of breast, prostate and colon cancers, and we

suspect that most likely it will be found to promote ALL cancers).

Monsanto's Posilac creates additional IGF-1 in milk: up to 80% more.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) insists that IGF-1 is

destroyed in the stomach. If that were true, the FDA has proven that

breast feeding doesn't

'work'. Common sense says their " finding " is ridiculous because this

growth factor makesthe baby calf grow (rapidly, as mother natured

intended).

Perhaps the 54% of Americans who are 'obese' need to comprehend that

milk, ice cream, cheeses, yogurts, and all the OTHER products that

use milk derivatives (casein, whey, lactose, colostrum) are most

likely a significant cause of their weight and health problems.

Calcium?

Where do the COWS get calcium for their big bones?

Yes..from plants!

The calcium they consume from plants has a large amount of

magnesium...which is necessary for the body to absorb and USE

calcium. The calcium in cow's milk is basically 'useless' because it

has

insufficient magnesium content.

The wholesome protein myth:

87% of milk is water. That makes it VERY expensive water.

Broken down into its basic groups...

80% of the protein in milk is casein.

Casein is a powerful allergen... a histamine that creates lots of

mucus. The only medicine in Olympic athlete Flo-Jo's body was

Benedryl,

a power antihistamine she took to combat her last meal... pizza.

Cholesterol

The cholesterol content of those three glasses of milk is equal to

what one would get from 53 slices of bacon. Do you know of any

doctor

who recommends that much bacon per day?

Kosher

Is cow's milk and dairy " Kosher " ? Consider this:

" D-3 always is derived from an animal.

The sunlight reaction that converts 7-dehydrocholesterol to vitamin

D-3 is a 'pure' chemical reaction that occurs in your skin in

certain cells. "

" The provitamin known as 7-dehydrocholesterol is extracted and

isolated from the skins of mammals and purified. " (Marian Herbert of

the Vitamin D Workshop U of C)

Vitamin D-3 can come from four different sources:

Pig skin, sheep skin, raw fish liver, and pig brains. Most of the

time,

Vitamin D-3 is extracted from pig skin and sold to dairy processors.

Short answer to " is milk kosher " - probably not.

Leukemia -Sixty Percent of America's dairy cows have leukemia virus.

Diabetes -The protein lactalbumin, has been identified as a key

factor in

diabetes (and a major reason for NOT giving cows milk to infants).

Crohn's Disease -Mycobacterium paratuberculosis causes a bovine

disease called " Johne's. "

Cows diagnosed with Johne's Disease have diarrhea, and heavy fecal

shedding of bacteria. This bacteria becomes cultured in milk, and is

not destroyed by pasteurization.

Occasionally the milk-borne bacteria

begins to grow in the human host, and irritable bowel syndrome and

Crohn's results.

Those who resist believing the truth should understand that MOST of

the world's population CANNOT tolerate the lactose in cow's milk. Up

to 95% of the black population, around 53% of the Hispanics, etc.)

Mother nature knows better.

Q: What happens to the: 59 hormones -Scores of allergens

herbicides, pesticides, dioxin's -up to 52 antibiotics

when made into cheese?

A. Everything gets concentrated.

in the digestive system? Steroid hormones survive, as do dioxin's

and antibiotics.

In homogenized milk, protein hormones survive... depending upon the

gastric pH, some protein hormones in cheese survive, but not all...

eleven steroid hormones survive.

what happens next?

Eventually, everything is broken down, but not before the chemical

messengers (59 artificial hormones) " deliver their message. "

Each of those hormones and proteins acts differently and has

different

rates of degradation. BOTTOM LINE... they all survive to a certain

degree... and the effects are cumulative.

Other substances in cow's milk:

whey: Blood proteins. Bovine serum lactalbumen has been identified

as a

trigger for diabetes and other autoimmune diseases.

lactose: Two sugars. Glucose and galactose. Galactose has been

indentified as a trigger for glaucoma. There are several columns

that cover lactose (covering galactose and galactosemia):

Quote:

" It's not natural for humans to drink cow's milk. Humans milk is for

humans. Cow's milk is for calves. You have no more need of cow's

milk than you do horses milk or elephant's milk.

Cow's milk is a high fat fluid exquisitely designed to turn a 65 lb

baby calf into a 400 lb cow.

That's what cow's milk is for! "

Dr Michael Klaper MD

White Drugs-

In addition to these five white substances, we must also consider

the impact of sythetic drugs on our bodies. Many people are aware of

how dangerous alcohol and nicotine are to the body,

but they fail to realize that the

caffeine in coffee, tea, and soft drinks is also an extremely

dangerous substance.

Caffeine is called a stimulant because it excites all of the

nerve endings in an effort to rid the body of this poisonous

substance.

If a person drinks over two or three cups of coffee a day on a

regular basis, they will usually develop severe drug withdrawal

headaches if they suddenly stop drinking it.

Alcohol, nicotine, and caffeine are dangerous drugs.

So What is genetic engineering or biotechnology?

Genetic engineering or genetic modification (sometimes called new

biotechnology) overcomes the limitations of traditional breeding

because

it allows for the transfer of a single genetic trait - rather than

thousands as in traditional breeding - in a direct, predictable, and

controllable (??) manner.

It also allows for the transfer of genes from one species or genus

to another, which is another difference from traditional breeding.

rBGH is a genetically modified substance (hormone) present in white

milk and other dairy products. The government of Canada banned rBGH

in early 1999.

The European Union (EU) has had a ban in place since 1994.

Although rBGH continues to be injected into US dairy cows, no other

industrialized country has legalized its use.

The GATT Codex Alimentarius, a United Nations food standards body,

has

refused to certify that rBGH is safe.
