I am a self taught computer operator and I can usually wade myself through

the instructions. However, in your case, I am caught with the above message. I

cannot for the life of me find where this downloaded to, so

my word processor (Microsoft Word) doesn't seem to have it.

Can Anybody HELP? I mean tell me what to do exactly? (I have AOL as my

service provider)
