Evening Merlyn,

 

I think I have one of the better articles on my site......

It should be about 1/3 way down. This is the one where two groups were

fed the same cooked food,

one was microwave and the other was convection over or some other method

non microwave.

 

Of course if you study cooked food enough, and study the benefits of raw

food,

any method of cooking is a hazard to your health.

 

I eat smaller meals of cooked foods, and eat cooked food less

frequently. Many days I eat no cooked food at all.

 

I cut and packaged two deer today, and strongly considered trying a few

bites, raw. One day, I will do it.

Me and my friend both got cuts when field dressing the deer, so it it had

Mad Cow, we both were infected from the same deer.
