My name is Lyndsay, I live in Staffordshire with my husband & 4+ Border Collies. I'm very interested in complimentary therapies & am currently studying Bach Flower Remedies. I am also involved with FF Aloe Vera as I find it works a treat for both myself & my pets. I hope to find some inspiration from this forum as a sufferer of MS, spinal problems & various other things!!
