It's a fabulous site isn't it? There is a wealth of information on

herbs and supplements, however in my opinion some of their advice is

questionable in that they are geared towards complementary medicine

(a blend of allopathic and alternative therapies). Unless one

has a prior knowledge of alternatives

they could be led astray. I do believe some of the herbal

information is more extensive though. This was an exceptionally fine

article on milk thistle in my opinion.

I have several others.
