Guest guest Posted December 16, 2003 Report Share Posted December 16, 2003 Basic Rules: 1) Eat a balenced diet, not from boxes, cans, or sacks. 2) Drink lots of water. 3) Get enough rest. 4) Take a good enema once a week.
