Wash your hands as soon as you get home. Keep your hands away from your face

when you are out.

I practice this and have not been sick once (knock wood) in two years!

Since the cold weather is apon us, I was wondering, any sugestions on

what to take or do for the winter too keep from getting sick? Thank

you.

Basic Rules:

1) Eat a balenced diet, not from boxes, cans, or sacks.

2) Drink lots of water.

3) Get enough rest.

4) Take a good enema once a week.

Works for me,

Bubba
