know more about a particular supplement. Give them references to articles

in case they would like to learn more about a certain supplement, the why's

and why-nots and how's of statins.

statins - on the best selling if not the best selling drug - deplete CoQ10

in the body. For those that trust their allopathic doctor who have been, and

still are, prescribing statins as if there is no tomorrow, CoQ10 (synthetic

or not) is a necessary supplement, until they become educated and find

alternative ways to deal with high blood pressure. It would be better if

statins would be substituted by good solid dietary and life style advise but

hey, we all know that there is no money in it for the pharmaceutical

industry. So doctors won't bother (I know, this is too general a statement,

there still are some great doctors out there).
