Wow, RBD= rancid! I have a wonderful book called Healing with Whole Foods

that has a whole chapter on fats. Ever since I read that I buy only cold

pressed olive

oil from whole foods health food store and store it in my refrigerator in

a wide

mouth jar where it becomes solid.
