As a NZ citizen and voter I am outraged that the Government has KNOWINGLY CAUSED

a gross waste of tax-payer's dollars by allowing a Select Committee to operate

without even being given the grace to present its findings. The operation of

such committees is part of the NZ democratic process that helps to ensure the

voice of the common person as well as other interested parties is heard

regarding major matters of importance such as this.

 

If the Government, as represented by Annette King in parliament on 4 December

2003, seriously believes that it cannot wait for the report of such committees,

why are such committees established and allowed to continue? This is a clear

waste of dollars and human resource. It appears to me that where there is no

intention to consider the voice of the people of a country when such a committee

has been established there is a dishonest and corrupt Government at work. This

is a clear sin of commission and violation of the power entrusted into the hands

of government.

 

The people of NZ cannot be fooled indefinitely. In her speech Ms King has in

effect clearly stated that the NZ people's voice is insignificant compared to

the interests of other Governments outside NZ.

 

NZ is fully capable of regulating its own activities. Treaties such as this one

are selling our sovereignty down the river in the interests of a few corporate

interests while the interests of the people (the people, not the Government) are

being compromised. The Government is not " the people " .

 

The will of the people will be heard.

 

I hearby demand and proclaim that my personal right to freedom of choice in all

matters of healthcare remains my own affair and will not be dictated to by any

regulatory authority established by a corrupt Government. I call for the right

of each private New Zealander to also be recognised. The Government must

remember that it works for the people, not just for corporate interests or other

governments.

I hope this detailed email assists you in bringing criminal Annette King to

justice. She should be ridden out on a rail. The Vitamin consumers of New

Zealand should lay siege to her office, and drive anyone connected to her

politically out of office. I encourage open rebellion against the New Zealand

and Australian governments over this issue, because what is happening in New

Zealand is a complete and total outrage- and the world is watching. My website

(now the National Center for Complimentary and Alternative Medicine) at the

National Institutes of Health, I've been on the front lines of a global paradigm

shift in the direction of nutrition and prevention that cannot be stopped. Far

too many consumers world wide have healed via suppressed alternative treatment

modes for criminals such as Annette King to be able to get away with the heist

they're attempting to pull off- especially in America where the populace has not

been, nor ever will be disarmed.

 

The crime committed by New Zealand Health Minister Annette King who has ignored

the expressed will of the people of New Zealand who don't want harmonization to

Australian law has also been committed by the ruling Labor Party of England.

They stacked the vote in their Standing Committee on Health to insure a vote in

favor of harmonizing England to the mindless and unscientific EU Food Supplement

Directive. In England the Labor Party totally ignored petitions signed by over a

million vitamin consumers health food stores who opposed harmonizing England to

the unscientific and immoral EU Food Supplement Directive. Due to our lobbying,

there were 5 members of the Labor Party on the Standing Committee on Health who

would have voted against harmonization, so the Labor Party removed them the day

before the rigged vote, and replaced them with partyliners who did as they were

told. Clearly the UK is as much of a totalitarian dictatorship as New Zealand

is.

 

I am working closely with the UK's Alliance for Natural Health

http://www.alliance-natural-health.org which has filed a lawsuit to overturn the

EU Food Supplement Directive, and which is lobbying in the EU Parliament against

the equally mindless EU Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive, and

against the Pharmaceuticals Directive which would turn any substance having any

physiologic effect in the body into a " drug " (to trump anything that managed to

squeak through the first two Directives.)

 

ANH expects to be in court by the end of January with this lawsuit. If they win,

they get to go on to the European Court of Justice at the Hague. As goes the EU,

so goes the world due to the inordinate influence the EU has at the UN's Codex

Alimentarius Committee, with 15 nations in the EU. At next years Codex meeting

the EU will have full status at Codex for the first time. Up til now, they've

only had Observer Status. The EU Observer, Basil Mathoudakis, drafted the EU

Food Supplement Directive. At the most recent Codex meeting, Dr.Grossklaus, the

German Chair of the meeting, made every change that Mathoudakis wanted- its

clear that Codex is a totally rigged form of " high drama " devoid of any honesty

or scientific integrity. There is no justice there. Guess which country is

working on a so called " White Paper " on so called " Scientific Risk Assessment "

for next years Codex meeting? You guessed it, Australia, the same nation which

just yanked 1600 totally safe dietary supplements off

the market under false pretenses, without even a single product assay to prove

contamination.

 

 

Globally, the Pharma Cartel is attempting to railroad their evil agenda past

corrupt governments. Sadly, the New Zealand government is by no means alone

here- every government on earth is equally corrupt- the bureaucrats are like

fetid swine, all swilling from the same pharmaceutical trough as they grow

fatter and fatter and less and less responsive to the will of the people of the

world who see through the lies and deception on this issue in exponentially

increasing numbers- an enormous groundswell of opposition to the world's #1

investment industry.

 

A wounded Grizzly Bear in the corner is a very dangerous animal indeed. The

pharma cartel sees this groundswell of support behind the dietary supplement

industry, and they're DESPERATE to try to CRUSH the industry to protect their

ill gotten profits, so they're flailing away in blind desperation, but they'll

never stop the global health freedom movement because any time someone like me

recovers from a life threatening illness through a suppressed alternative

treatment mode, that person will tell as many people as humanly possible. The

story of my orthomolecular recovery from so called " schizophrenia " has been

translated into several languages, and downloaded over a million times from the

IAHF website http://www.iahf.com/on_the_back_wards.html I've received questions

by phone and email from people all over the world- many of whom went on to have

recoveries that paralleled my own.

 

The Pharma Cartel doesn't benefit when people are healthy, they benefit when

people are sick. Nutrition and prevention are very dirty words to them. In 1968

the late Dr.Linus Pauling, the only man in history to win two completely

unshared Nobel Prizes had an article published in Science magazine in which he

coined the term " orthomolecular " to define the important work being done by two

Canadian doctors: Hoffer and Osmond.

 

When Pauling lent the full weight of his immense scientific credability to this

nutritional approach to treatment, it scared the hell out of the pharma cartel

and the American Psychiatric Association which published an outrageously biased,

grossly unscientific " once and for all " hatchet job in response in the form of

APA Task Force Report #7 Megavitamins and Orthomolecular Therapy in Psychiatry.

The chair of the APA Task Force was selected due to his outspoken bias against

this approach to treatment, and he hand picked the rest of his committee.

 

He pronounced their findings to be a wonderful new medical discovery, and stated

firmly that this was the wave of the future.

 

On June 18th, this past summer, Health Canada illegally harmonized Canada to

Australian law. This was done in complete defiance the Canadian Charter of

Rights and Freedoms and against the heavily expressed will of the Canadian

people who voted with their feet in massive numbers AGAINST such regulation in

'97. The only thing that stopped the destruction of health freedom in Canada in

'97 was a lawsuit filed against Health Canada by my friend David Rowland. When

this lawsuit was filed, the Canadian government backed down, so the matter never

actually went to court.

 

Today, this lawsuit was recently reactivated since it had already been filed it

was laying dorment. But its been reactivated by a new vitamin trade association

in Canada which has broken clear of the corrupt Canadian Health Food

Association. I am friends with Croft Woodruff, President of this new trade

association which is called Canadian Alliance of Health Retailers

a model for new vitamin trade associations that should be formed globally,

because most vitamin trade associations have been heavily corrupted by

pharmaceutical influence. Perhaps the only exception was NNFA New Zealand. Ron

Law, who was Exec Dir of NNFA New Zealand, very ably helped IAHF to expose IADSA

(International Alliance of Dietary Supplement Associations) as a controlled

opposition group, heavily influenced by Pfizer, the largest drug company on

Earth.

 

IADSA only PRETENDS to be fighting for health freedom, while in reality, they're

doing the diametric OPPOSITE. Using information from Ron Law of New Zealand, I

built a site that used to be at http://iadsa-exposed.tripod.com but the site was

mysteriously removed from cyberspace the week before the Expo East vitamin trade

show in Washington DC. Tripod will remove ANY site at the drop of a hat based on

literally ANY complaint (without saying a word to whoever put the site up).

Thats because Tripod is a free web hosting company that doesn't charge anyone to

put up a site- their profits come solely from advertising revenue.

 

Due to his actions at Expo East, it is highly likely that the person who

complained to Tripod about the IADSA Exposed site was Randy Dennin, Chair of

IADSA, and until September when he " retired " he was the ceo of Capsugel, a

subsidiary of Pfizer pharmaceutical company.

 

At Expo East, Dennin kicked Maury Silverman out of the Joint International

Committee meeting of NNFA (US) and AHPA. Silverman was there to represent the

Alliance for Natural Health in the UK and to try to solicit support for their

lawsuit to overturn the EU Food Supplement Directive. IADSA has been

instrumental in pulling the wool over the eyes of people in the supplement

industry world wide, and did nothing to defend New Zealand from harmonization to

Australia, which is the reason NNFA New Zealand sent a letter of complaint about

this to the IADSA Board- a gif file of which can be seen at

http://www.iahf.com/iadsa (one of 5 sites I put the IADSA Exposed information

into after Dennin (or whoever) had the IADSA Exposed Site removed from

Cyberspace the week prior to Expo East in an effort to cover their tracks.

 

For daring to complain that IADSA was not living up to its stated purpose, IADSA

kicked NNFA New Zealand out of this bogus trade association paving the way for

New Zealand to be " harm " onized to Australia. Nice little scam, eh? Everyone in

New Zealand should thank Ron Law for having the courage to expose Randy Dennin

and IADSA, lets hope its not too late to stop their evil global agenda.

 

The FDA recently signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Health Canada

for the purpose of sharing biased, unscientific so called " safety data "

pertaining to alleged " adverse reactions " to dietary supplements. Senator Dick

Durbin has introduced S.722, while Congressmen Davis, Waxman, and Dingle in the

USA have introduced HR 3377. Both bills are intended to bury the dietary

supplement industry under and avalanche of red tape. HR 3377 would allow the

Secretary of our Dept of Health and Human Services (which oversees our FDA) the

right to ban any dietary supplement based on literally ANY allegations that it

had caused an adverse reaction, even if there was no causal evidence. (Say

someone ingested a dietary supplement, along with a slew of different

prescription drugs, and one or more of the prescription drugs caused an adverse

reaction. Under this outrageous legislation, the dietary supplement would be

blamed, and termed " Dangerous. "

 

There is a name for this. Its called a WITCH HUNT. Its outrageous, and has

NOTHING to do with protecting the public health, and EVERYTHING to do with

protecting the greed driven interests of the out of control multinational

pharmaceutical industry.

 

On March 20, 2001 an Oversight Hearing was whitewashed in the US House of

Representatives. The truth did not come out. I pushed with everything I had for

5 years to try to get this hearing, and had DEATH THREATS for my trouble. Milt

Copulous, a guy on Congressman Burton's staff who attempted to help me got fired

for trying to help me and he was replaced by a pharma plant who made my life a

living hell.

 

I was barred from testifying, along with all of my witnesses, one of whom was

Richard Malter, PhD, whose rebuttal to the unscientific National Academy of

Sciences paper " A Risk Assessment Model for Establishing Upper Levels for

Nutrients " was published in the Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine in 2000. See

both papers at http://www.iahf.com under " NAS Paper and Rebuttal " The FDA has

gotten away with setting the USA up to lose in a future WTO trade dispute on the

Codex vitamin issue by working hand in glove with the pharma dominated National

Academy of Sciences to create false definitions of vitamin safety.

 

Under the terms of the SPS (Sanitary Phytosanitary Measures) agreement (a sub

agreement of GATT), the only legal means by which a nation can refuse to

harmonize its domestic dietary supplement laws to a finalized Codex vitamin

standard is on a basis of SAFETY. So what the FDA and NAS have been doing (with

help from the pharma dominated Council for Responsible Nutrition) is to create

false definitions of vitamin safety via such means as the biased, unscientific

paper titled " A Risk Assessment Model for Establishing Upper Levels for

Nutrients " .

 

FDA had the National Academy of Sciences generate bogus " safety monographs " for

our most popular dietary supplements: melatonin, DHEA, saw palmetto,

glucosamine, shark cartilage, and chapparel.

 

On the other side of the Atlantic, the EU's so called " Scientific Committee on

Foods " has been doing the exact same things and these pharma dominated entities

share information world wide. Consumers are being railroaded.

 

The scam we're facing is very ably exposed in the most recent issue of the

Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine which just published a special issue on the

Safety and Efficacy of Vitamins. Please order a copy at

Annette King- you should remove yourself from office immediately. You have ZERO

credability. Your crooked effort to ignore the will of the people of New Zealand

who have spoken out against harmonization to Australia's mindless dietary

supplement laws threatens to subject the people of New Zealand to GENOCIDE.

 

If you do not voluntarily step down- the people of New Zealand should rise up

against you by any means possible. The Australian government had no

justification under the Pan recall to yank 1600 totally safe dietary supplements

off the market. They did so without a single solitary product assay proving

contamination. Travacalm was not a dietary supplement. It was an OTC drug

containing dyminhydranate as the active ingredient. The Pan recall was nothing

but a blatant witch hunt fueled by a slick PR campaign, but there was nothing

honest or scientific about it and vitamin consumers world wide see through it

for the outrageous scam that it was.

 

Annette King- I am posting this email on the IAHF website for global viewing,

and will circulate it to my email distribution list world wide. It will be read

by vitamin consumers all over New Zealand. I demand an immediate written

response. If none is forthcoming, the absence of a response from you will be

very conspicuously noted by vitamin consumers world wide.

 

By what means do you feel justified in TOTALLY IGNORING the expressed will of
