Hepar sulph sore throat resolves that symptom, then heads into the chest,

where Phos seems to help. Then Nux-v seems to be indicated.

 

I do have the oscillocuccinum and Influenzinum nosodes on hand if it should

hit here. Some clinics give this in October at the start of flue season (all

having this in the last 3 years and those having done so and reporting back

have not come down with the flue) One is a nurse working in a nursing home,

with a lot of sick staff out and half the old people sick because their flue

shots have not worked (or because of them) in the last 3 years but they do

not get the clue that what she is doing is working and their flue shots are

not.

Tjarko : In homeopathy vaccine is called a nosode. Nosode Influenzinum

is preventive

and without side effects of Vaccines like flue vaccine.

 

In homoepathy we have several remedies for Influenza. Thuja 200 once a

week,

with one daily dose of Gels. 30 throughout the epidemic acts as a

prophylactic.

 

The other homoeopathic remedies for Flu are : Ars., Aconite, Baptisia,

Belladonna,
