Hi,

I know your thread on mercury was a few days ago....but, yesterday I got

the results of a heavy metal screening back. And my mercury levels were

2X the toxic level. I had my mercury fillings removed as soon as i

figured out it was mercury, and that was in July and still have so many

symptoms. So, my wholistic dentist recommended this dr. who deals with

chelation, heavy metals, bowel flora and fauna. And, those test results

explain a LOT!

He recommened several things to lower the mercury levels: whey powder

since whey binds directly to mercury and eliminates it quickly, garlic,

and MSM. He also recommends IV chelation therapy with DMPS. That one I

am not familiar with. Anyone have any info on chelation?

Thanks,

Rachel

Hi Harry

Cilantro will move mercury out of the body! But also

could breach the blood brain barrier causing even more

problems. However Mercury binds to selenium - Very key!

http://www.hallvtox.dircon.co.uk/amalgam.html

" Mercury binds to selenium and prevents its working

in the body thereby increasing the risk of a

catastrophic breakdown of the immune system. "

So the Greatest way to remove mercury and tastes

fantastic = Cilantro Pesto!!

http://chetday.com/howtoremoveheavymetals.htm or

http://www.naturodoc.com/library/treatments/removing_heavy_metals.htm

" Cilantro Chelation Pesto

4 cloves garlic

1/3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium)

1/3 cup sunflower seeds (cysteine)

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium)

2 cups packed fresh cilantro (coriander, Chinese parsley) (vitamin A)

2/3 cup flaxseed oil

4 tablespoons lemon juice (vitamin C)

2 tsp dulse powder

Sea salt to taste "
