What about soy products?

My husband has also replaced all dairy products with soy products due to an

intolerance - his health has definitely improved in the 2 yeas since he started

this new regime.

Hi Victor,

 

There's quite a bit of alarming research about the dangers of soy.

 

To summarize, unless it's the fermented type, non-GMO, then you probably

shouldn't be eating it. Especially so if you are a male!
