Guest guest
Evening Nevada753, I ordered two bottles of the Red Rice Yeast whatever about two years ago. Then, decided I did not need it and gave it away. The lucky recipient did in fact reduce his cholesterol near 100 points in one month. >> I was also not eating whole eggs and had a healthy high vegetable and fruit diet. So, what part of the egg were you eating, the white or the shell? <grin> I eat 4 to 6 per day, raw, everything except the shell. Cholesterol is not a disease, not an ailment, but instead an indicator of liver function and overall health. The total cholesterol scam is the largest monetary ripoff in the history of modern man. I had a long discussion with a young cardiologist in the hospital while visiting a friend. He was bragging about his cholesterol being 160, but he was taking drugs. I told him, mine is 160 and I don't take any drugs. ( actually mine was about 166 ) In addition, he was about 35 and I was 64 at the time. Then, I started trying to increase my level a bit to about 185 which it has been for many years. The highest I have ever had measured was 212. I always thought one had to exercise and run a lot to achieve high HDL. Yet, I have a friend who runs 25 miles per week and his HDL is about the same as mine and all my friends, except two who have higher HDL. Both of these people who have HDL counts of 52 and 58 are the sickest people I know. After studying blood reports from all my friends, most of whom are healthier than average, I can only conclude that the HDL stuff is BULL, just like all the other information about cholesterol. Consider the source of the cholesterol scam. It is somewhat like freckles and gray hair. Many people have one or both. This is a symptom, ( rather indication ) of something, but nothing to be concerned about. My suggestion is to forget cholesterol, don't say the word, forget how to spell it, and hit anyone who mentions it in your presence. Get a liver function test, thyroid test, take more vitamin D and C , get more sunlight, exercise only a small amount, eat more seeds and nuts, eat all you can RAW, and you will be much better off. After about 1 year, go back to the doctor if you feel the need. You and he will both be amazed. >> I am now on a low dose Lipitor, and not experiencing any side effects >and my cholesterol was lowered 100 points, with improved HDL and >lowered LDL levels. Read and study all the side effects, and ...... beware. The only people I know who are healthy are the ones that do not go to doctors and do not take any medicine. Doctors and medicine will ruin your health forever. If you want to see the blood reports, including mine, and my EFA profile, take a look at http://www.fugitt.com/bloodrep.htm On my trailmix page, you can see the nutrient analysis of all the ingredients and virtually everything I eat. www.fugitt.com/trailmix.htm I just added a recipe page. www.fugitt.com/carmel.htm Wayne

(some nutritional requirements go way up after damages to the health) That is why this list concentrates on not putting in/taking out the bad and putting in the good. If most people had adequet nutrition, clean.. air, water, food, homes, work places, etc. and were not exposed to toxic substances there would be relatively little chronic disease in our population. The human body is able to take care of itself very well and good health would last a lifetime. Instead their health is damaged by an assault on it by many toxic substances upon a body already weakened by poor nutrition. The older that I get and the more that I learn just reinforces it over and over. regards, Frank Original message below. > Evening Nevada753, > > I ordered two bottles of the Red Rice Yeast whatever about two years ago. > Then, decided I did not need it and gave it away.
