Evening Lorenzo,

>> A search of the net about calcium as a supplement brings up considerable

>evidence that calcium needs magnesium with it to be effective.

True. I am sure you did not forget, but did not mention Vitamin D.

The more I study Vitamin D, the more I become concerned about it. I have

a number of friends and relatives that have back problems, weak bones, and

genuine Osteoporosis.

I am been meditating on this issue for several months, maybe years. None

of these people work in the sun with their shirt off. Some of them have

tried very hard to be healthy, including nutrition and exercise.

Still, their efforts failed. IMHO, the common issue is the lack

of Vitamin D from the sun.

Even today, in the low 60's I worked outside for a time with my shirt off.

Because this therapy is so simple, so easy, and FREE, I think many totally

miss it.

Back to the subject of Coral Calcium, ..... most of the ones I have seen

contain near a dozen other nutrients.

Of course this should help anyone. Not only the calcium, but the blend of

other vitamins.

I think the best thing about Coral Calcium is the massive marketing program

that has caused people to add supplements to their daily diet. Many people

that had never taken any supplements bit the coral calcium bait.

I have firmed up an idea or two relating to Sun and Skin Cancer that is a

bit original. I have not read about this idea in hundreds of articles.
