Guest guest
Good Article JoAnn This web page is far more comprehensive, when combined with Dr. Johanna Budwig's research and the ties of sunlight with omega 3 gives a more full understanding of the potential of sunlight to reverse diseases. Also I combined this free ebook into one file (269 kb). I would be happy to download it for posting in the files area. It may be the most important thing you will ever read if you are looking for a true cure. http://www.minotaur.org.uk/webdesign/sites/spectra/daylight/daylight.html Rick , " JoAnn Guest " <angelprincessjo> wrote: > The Benefits of Sunlight > JoAnn Guest > Aug 17, 2003 15:20 PDT > > > > Everyone feels better when the sun comes out, but sunbathing has had > such a bad press for so long that the health benefits of getting out > in > the sun have been almost forgotten by a generation that now believes > sunbathing is as bad for your health as smoking. > > It is true that the wrong kind of exposure to the sun will increase > your > risk of skin cancer, but the right kind of safe sunbathing can still > make you happier and healthier. > > For centuries, doctors and natural healers relied on something > called Heliotherapy - Guest guest
Hi Wayne I get this group in digest form - and can not attach files. If you would please send an email to r.muenzer this way I will reply with a .doc attachment. , Wayne Fugitt <wayne@f...> wrote: > Evening Rick, > > > I would be happy to download it for posting in the files area. > >It may be the most important thing you will ever > >read if you are looking for a true cure. > > Do you have the whole set already? Thanks for the link. Most appreciated! The author maintains that carbs are the prime source of energy for life on this planet. Someone should alert Atkins about this! <LOL I would agree with the majority of everything that's said, although they maintain that transfats are made within our cells from existing fats and oils??. In my opinion, there is just no basis for that. It seems that he is saying irregardless of how careful I am to avoid transfats they are still made within the body. I would have to see a ton of proof and a few more references for that! A lot of wonderful research with a little fiction thrown in for good measure. <g> Thanks again! Guest guest
Hi Joann Have you read Johanna Budwig's 3 presentations found in the book 'Flax Oil as a True Aid Against Arthritis, Heart Infarction, Cancer and Other Diseases'? Especially the third presentation page 46 on. Budwig was trying to relate some of the sun's energy on the quantun physics level without using the term biophoton. Budwig's protocol is By Far the most sucessful protocol at reversing almost every disease. The web page you read 'Daylight Robery' while not perfect was to give everyone an idea of the scope of influence of Sunlight - which can effect every disease. Newer studies of biophotons show they are the signaling controls that run our bodys. Downing's believes that trans-fats might be formed from excess fats (chapter 6 in his ebook) Of course he is not an expert in fats. For references on how fats are necessary for almost complete control of our metabolic functions (which by the way is the one comonality of All Diseases) we need to read Peter Mitchell's work - for which he received a nobel prize. http://www.getziggys.com/Chapter2Summary.pdf He ended up proving Budwig's research from a different perspective. More recent displays of the effacy of Budwig's protocol are given by Lothar Hirneise which a friend just translated from German which I could send to those requesting.
