Guest guest
Hi Frank: Well thanks for this report. Now heres the kicker. Your public health people do not test for most things in your water that can make you sick. Helico Bacter Pylori the number one Ulcer causing Bacterisa is not tested for in NC water tests by the board of health supposed to be testing the safety of your drinking water. You'll go broke getting private tests they start at two hundred dollars to tell what you wrote about. That is IF you can get them to test your water at all, and then give you the honest results. The fed is even worse controling the public finding out the depht of their incompitence, and the test labs are being watched closely and warned not to devulge certain info to you. People with the new mycroscopes that can see a virus are told not to tell the public what they see under it, In your blood, or in other things being looked at. You are not to be told. Its a loose, loose, lost battle no matter what you do or don't do with this bunch running things and its been this way a pretty long while! Ignoring everything and non-caring public has created it, now were stuck with it, and are kids get what we allow in our lives. Nice world huh? The truth is that it may not be the secure, self-contained system that your water provider wants you to believe. In fact, as I was doing some research on water system vulnerability I had the chance to talk to some water utility executives. When I brought up the subject of back-flow contamination, I was strongly urged not to talk about it publicly. That only made me dig deeper, and my findings were startling. The " Back-Flow " Hazard " Pressurized " tap water is transported to your home through the underground network of mains and pipes. But, when the water pressure drops, the water naturally starts to flow backward, creating a " back- siphon " that can suck dangerous contaminants back into your water supply. This problem is a regular occurrence in public water systems. It happens in a section of the system whenever large amounts of water are drawn out of some part of the system, such as when water is used to fight a fire, when a water main breaks, when large companies put heavy demands on the system, or during periods of heavy residential usage. Don't Be Fooled In many instances, you cannot tell if water is contaminated by taste, smell or by how it looks. Many common pesticides, herbicides, chemicals and cleaners are so toxic that laboratory equipment measures them in parts per billion (micrograms). Your senses are simply unable to detect contaminants in micrograms. Also, the water filter on your faucet or under your sink may not be providing the protection you believe. That's because it may not have been manufactured to remove the specific contaminants that are in your water. And remember that you are still using unfiltered water for showering, bathing and washing your hands. Toxins can be absorbed through the skin and inhaled in shower steam. A Note To Well Owners: Have your water tested a least once a year. You are solely responsible for your water quality. If you don't test regularly, you are relying solely on soil and rock to filter the surface water that refills your well's water source. Testing is the only way to monitor your water quality and keep your family safe. NEW WEB MESSAGE BOARDS - JOIN HERE. Guest guest
Thank you for this article. I have no doubt that it is true but if you can't filter it, what the heck can you do? I have three .5 micron filters under my sink and then I run the water through a distiller but I still bath in it and even this may not remove all the poisons like the article reads. Dr. Marcola seems to have a lot on the ball Check out his nutrition plan at the bottom) and he says distilled is not so good. He recomends an R.O. unit (reverse osmosis)but I still soak in the stuff when I take a bath. I recently stopped using Natural deoderant and switched to the crystal they sell in health food stores, threw away my hair gell too because they both contain substances found in antifreeze... Here's Dr. Mercola's plan: My Nutrition Plan is one of the main tools you can use to become independently healthy without needing to rely on doctors or expensive supplements. The information in this book was compiled over 8 years and after treating over 7,000 patients. It has been continuously modified and updated to represent the most accurate truth I know of to use foods to optimize your health.
