Guest guest
Yesterday morning - about 30 hours ago -- I was bitten in the worst possible place on my hand for a deep cat bite: next to the knuckle at the base of my index finger, the only [previously] undamaged part of my right hand. My doctor was very concerned. The possibility of permanent damage and infection is high. The swelling and pain have been worsening for the last 20 hours. My right hand was severely injured several years ago, and I almost lost it and part of my forearm to a flesh-eating infection. I am terrified that something similar will happen now. I am taking !@#$!@# antibiotics, though I do not put much trust in them, and I am taking Golden Seal and Myrrh and using clay poultices. I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions.
