I wasn't critiquing it, Frank, and I'm not trying to impress anybody. I

listed the ingredients from the site and asked for comments from people.

I've " heard " on the internet many comments both good and bad. Some were

VERY bad. I asked on this list because I am somewhat familiar with the people

who post here and felt more comfortable with their views.

True, but then there are differing opinions on what the balance ought to be.

How does one determine what are the better sources? I'd be very grateful

for help on that one.

Yes, the co-enzyme ones I am familiar with. Some people prefer " food "

vitamins that are grown on a culture, but I don't trust those for my little boy.

I use the wateroz minerals because they are supposed to be very absorbable.

Fulvic acid mixes are a possibility but I'm always concerned about the

chlorine from bath water -- however, I often wonder about the fulvic acid

addition

in Neways and other vitamins. Perhaps it is useful. Is there anything else

that you can think of that makes something more absorbable?

Which powdered formulas are you thinking of? I assume you are not talking

just about capsules. I know of Juice plus, for example, but are there are

formulations you think are good?
