Some people prefer " food " vitamins that are grown on a culture, but I don't trust those for my little boy. I use the wateroz minerals because they are supposed to be very absorbable. Fulvic acid mixes are a possibility but I'm always concerned about the chlorine from bath water -- however, I often wonder about the fulvic acid addition in Neways and other vitamins. Perhaps it is useful.
