Hi Everyone

I have been working on my diet and taking nutritional

supplements but have developed a very perculiar skin

problem when taking some.

I have had sensitive skin on my face throughout my

teenage and adult years. My skin doesnt breakout

unless I am taking something new, normally herbs.

Recently I tried Avlimil and after taking it for 2-3

weeks i starting having cysts appear on my face. This

has happened in the past with other products so I am

forced to stop taking them. Two months ago I started

taking NADH for energy and I got 2 small cysts on my

face. Over the past year I have tried: UDO'S

Omega3-6-9 supplement, Primrose Oil and Olive Leaf

Extract and same thing happens.

I always start a new supplement alone and stop taking

it with adverse reactions. My question is why can so

may other people take these supplements but when I try

them I develop cysts on my face?

Thankyou Chris

i think that you are treating the symptoms and not the root cause.

how much excercise do you get? have you considered a yoga or chi gong

application for the connected organ?

Peace, Jeff
