Until a test is designed and evaluated that will show exactly which one of the items is causing a deficiency symptom; Then a wide variety of items in a supplement makes sense to me. The amounts are low, but one could take two doses. Given the fake food I see in the shopping carts of many people in the market: " This formula ain't half bad. However, can I just ask people whether they feel a little skeptical after reading the list of ingredients below?
