Hi Joann,

It is indeed difficult to pull oneself back from the

brink. I am certainly taking to heart what you wrote

about herbal drinks with regard to your heart attack.

Today I made peppermint tea and put a few drops of

peppermint oil in it. In fact, now I have a hunkering

for ginger. I bought fresh gingerroot recently. We

don't have those wonderful stalks of fresh ginger like

they do in Japan but that and dried ginger should do

in a nice tea.

What we have to do for health individually many times

flies in the face of conventional and even

non-conventional wisdom. Frequently, we have to fight

the caregivers themselves.

Was it on this list a description of how George

Washington died due to being bled by his doctors? If

not, the story could probably be accessed by any of

the search engines.

Best regards and thanks,

ZB

---Hi! Heart attacks in women are usually linked to any number of

digestive complaints. I know that my heart attack stemmed from

improper diet, and a lack of proper fluids as well.

herbal teas were an excellent way of providing the extra fluids that

I needed to keep my blood serum up to par and my heartbeat more

normal. Warm foods and fluids just really relax the stomach muscles

and aid digestion.

I didn't expect any help from mainstream medicine and as

for 'caregivers', I found they were usually wayoff base for only I

knew how I truly felt. So many times well meaning people told

me, 'it's all in your head.'It was. <LOL

The answers were all there. I just had to search them out and

respond. Follow your own intuition. Thats the best rule of thumb.

If the first and second opinions are wrong, just remember that yours

is the only one that counts. Allopathic medicine keeps telling us

that our answers are so complicated and so complex that we've lost

track of some really simpler more effective solutions!

You may email me.

Luv, JoAnn
