Guest guest
Hi, The recent post regarding bipolar disorder was met by me with many nods of the head! I have bipolar, and manage it without toxic drugs. I've tried many drugs, but found more relief in correcting my diet to a " paleolithic " standard, and addressing symptoms with a variety of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and amino acids. Three others in my household do the same. My program is based on the work of Dr. Andrew Stoll of Harvard (author of " The Omega-3 Connection) Dr. Joan Mathews-Larson, director of the " Health Recovery Center " of Minneapolis, Minnesota (author of " Seven Weeks to sobriety " and " Depression Free, Naturally " ) and of course, the late Dr. Linus Pauling. The side effect of this program is overall better physical health! I'm glad I found this group. It's a wonderful affirmation for my program, to see so many like minded people. I don't feel like a lone voice in the wilderness! My simple statement " Drugs should be the last choice in treatment, not the first " brings on howls of indignation on the many other forums that I post to, while here, I know such a statement would be met with agreement. How refreshing! Sincerely, Dan Protect your identity with Mail AddressGuard
