Dear Group,

 

As with any group on the web and especially with a large group we are

always getting new members.

 

Welcome to all new members. We are a group focused on finding and

preserving alternative information for health so it will be available

to all members.

 

If you want to learn about alternative health, you have come to the

right place.

 

We have over 16,000 articles/messages that have been posted to this

group in our archives section. They can be searched by using any

search terms that you are interested in.

 

We also have an extensive links list on our links page. The links

list is a collection of links to good sites to learn about

alternative health or to do more research on certain subjects.

 

We also have a few downloadable files in our files section.

 

All of these resources are avalable from our site. Just go to our

site and home page by using the link at the bottom of every message.

From the homepage you will find the links to the resources listed

above.

 

Before asking a question or asking for information that you neeed

either in your self education process or because you have a health

issue, we ask that you first avail yourselves of the information that

we have already accumulated here.

 

We also have a seperate web based message board which is broken down

into various categories of information. The address and a link is

also on the bottom of every message.

 

After you have read the relevant articles in the archives, files,

relevant sites from our links list, and our new message boards, you

will usually have a lot of information on your area of interest.

 

Then when you ask a question, it is more helpfull to you and the

other members.

 

In this way we do not have to keep going over the very basics all of

the time and you get much more complete information.

 

Doing a search of past information already covered and getting

yourself up to speed with the group instead of asking the group to

come down to a newbie level is also the accepted protocol for any

online group membership and posting.
