I buy MSM at the Veterinary store. It is for Horses. Costs about $20 a

pound, been taking it for several years one half to two teaspoons a day.

 

Works for me.

 

Also I take other vitamins including about the same amount of Vitamin C

crystals in various combinations.

Holly, If you're looking for the most cost-effective way to treat

arthritis, In my opinion it would be better to look for an MSM

supplement. The sulphur in MSM works in much the same way as the

components in SAMe.

 

Excellent Quality MSM can be found on several internet sites quite

cheaply. In my opinion, these sites are among the best

for this:

I am not endorsing these products, although I believe that they

offer a high quality

supplement.

 

 

Be sure and obtain a brand without additional glucosamine if

diabetes is one of your health concerns. SAMe is really quite

pricey, I will admit.
