Guest guest
Hi Rhi, welcome to the group. You have not said how the injury was caused and who diagnosed that it was a ligament injury. For the pain, you cannot do any better than lots and lots of organic pineapple - if you like pineapple, you are getting a treat and a pain killer as an additional extra. As for the heat/cold alternating, sometimes you can be doing the wrong thing with this. Some injuries require heat and others require cold. You must get a proper diagnosis before self treating or you could do more harm than good. Let's face it, the medical profession are there to be used and cannot do any harm when it comes to just allowing them to diagnose. If anything is prescribed we can either refuse it or not take it. I am sure that others will give you a lot more advice but that is about all I can think of for the moment. Marianne > Hi, now that I've lurked around a bit, I thought I'd > introduce myself.
