Progress on Dr.Daniels license suspension

 

Hi Health Activists & Consumers,

I am pleased to report that Dr.Jennifer Daniels,MD the alternative doctor from

Syracuse,NY has received notification from the NYS Health Department that they

will issue her medical license. Dr.Daniels is sceduled to report to the Health

Department Tuesday, October 21,2003. I'll update you on what the disposition is.

 

Dr.Daniels received an appellate division decision in June 2003 which found that

suspension for an indefinite period was not a penalty allowed under the law. Her

license has been suspended for over 2 years now. I will let you know how things

develop. So hold the calls until we hear if they are needed.
